This Private 1-1 session is all about you and your individual needs. -We can talk through any aches/pains/injuries and discuss an individual plan for you moving forwards to reach your goals. Whether you wish to continue will Online Private sessions or Online Group Classes.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 12hours prior to your booking. Any cancellations within less than 12 hours of your booking are non-refundable. To reschedule due to illness, please contact us at least an hour before your appointment and we will reschedule your booking. Any appointments unattended or that are not rescheduled will be charged and are non-refundable.
