What you'll need to do

 

Access to Online Classes is via Zoom app.

 

Zoom is a leading software that will allow us to demonstrate to you online via your mobile phones, laptops or tablets.

 

You will need to download the Zoom app if you have not already got this. From experience, I would advise downloading the app a couple of days before the class, so you have it ready to go. You can download the app from the link below.

1 -1 REFORMER 
PILATES ONLINE

Private Online Reformer Pilates sessions are for anyone wishing to take advantage of an entirely bespoke programme. For a personalised pilates experience, private sessions are the way to go.

Online Classes - via Zoom conferencing.

You will receive an email with the zoom link to the online video class, once you have booked. 

​

Reformer Pilates provides a full body workout with high intensity and low impact. It increases muscle strength, flexibility and improves your overall posture, alignment and functional movement. Our 1 - 1 classes aim to compliment your regular fitness activities , creating body awareness and maintenance. The Reformer Pilates system is quite unique as it is a whole body system, which uses the core principals of Concentration, Alignment, Breathing and Core Connection.

New Clients

Your first 1-1 session will include an Initial Consultation. Initial Consultation includes: postural assessment, establishing goals, commencement of tailored program, teaching Pilates basics
