A fun, friendly class for absolute beginners & mixed levels — no ballet shoes or dance experience required. • Improve your posture, coordination, balance & overall fitness • A fun & welcoming class, led by an experienced teacher • Have wonderful fun dancing -Barre fitness is a full-body workout -This session combines the precision of Pilates with the strength, balance and grace of ballet — with a relaxed, low-impact format - suitable for all levels. -Expect focused posture work, controlled movement and full-body conditioning to leave you feeling lengthened, aligned and energised. -Barre is effective for toning the entire body, lifting the glutes, sculpting the legs and arms/upper-mid section of the back; enhancing overall posture for a strong, toned physique. -For anyone that joins us online for Barre & Pilates - this is a very similar class.
