Service Description

Experience private 1-on-1 reformer Pilates training in a calm and focussed setting. All levels are welcome. We aim to motivate, inspire and give our clients a deeper understanding of the body.   These sessions are 1-on-1 and provide individual attention, to create bespoke programs of exercise. Exercises and programs can be modified to target certain areas, address specific concerns, or accommodate injuries or limitations.   Private training allows you to get the most our of your Pilates practice and gives you a better understanding of the principles of Pilates and movement on the reformer machine. New Clients, your first 1-1 session will include an Initial Consultation. Initial Consultation includes: postural assessment, establishing goals, commencement of tailored program, teaching Pilates basics. Maybe you have a reformer at home? Cancellation Policy

To cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 12hours prior to your booking. Any cancellations within less than 12 hours of your booking are non-refundable. To reschedule due to illness, please contact us at least an hour before your appointment and we will reschedule your booking. Any appointments unattended or that are not rescheduled will be charged and are non-refundable.
