No equipment needed, unless you prefer to have a Pilates/Yoga mat/pillow/soft surface to lay on - carpet or a towel

A mix of Pilates/Ballet and Functional Fitness stretches
A 30min class of low impact stretches to tone and invigorate the body and release stress. Our stretch classes focus on developing ease and openness in the joints and a flexible, well balanced body. Focusing on back, shoulder and leg stretches, this class will help to relieve tension and increase your overall functional mobility. Focusing on correct form and posture.
