We will guide you safely through a series of exercises, improving your flexibility step by step, working on all main muscle groups.

Online Classes - via Zoom conferencing.

You will receive an email with the zoom link to the online video class, once you have booked. 

  • A 30min class

  • Suitable for all levels

  • No prior experience needed

  • No equipment needed, unless you prefer to have a Pilates/Yoga mat/pillow/soft surface to lay on - carpet or a towel 

  • A mix of Pilates/Ballet and Functional Fitness stretches


A 30min class of low impact stretches to tone and invigorate the body and release stress. Our stretch classes focus on developing ease and openness in the joints and a flexible, well balanced body. Focusing on back, shoulder and leg stretches, this class will help to relieve tension and increase your overall functional mobility. Focusing on correct form and posture.
