What you'll need to do


Access to Online Classes is via Zoom app.


Zoom is a leading software that will allow us to demonstrate to you online via your mobile phones, laptops or tablets.


You will need to download the Zoom app if you have not already got this. From experience, I would advise downloading the app a couple of days before the class, so you have it ready to go. You can download the app from the link below.




BalletFUSION is a hybrid workout class: combining ballet-inspired movement with elements of Pilates.

  • ​No Dance/Ballet/Pilates experience is required

  • This class is for everybody

  • Mat Pilates section to close

  • Duration: 50minutes

Lengthen, strengthen, and energise your body with this 50 minute Ballet/Pilates fusion body workout. This 50 minute class is low impact, dance inspired with Ballet & Pilates movement, to sculpt and tone, to leave you feeling amazing.


Our Ballet & Pilates Fusion workout is a wonderful combination class, which targets the whole body. The classes are structured using techniques of classical ballet that are combined with stretching and core strengthening exercises. We focus on achieving balance, strength, and flexibility. The music will lead, while you focus on your legs, arms and core, for a total body workout.

Blending the control of Pilates with the fluidity and sequencing of Ballet, creating a fun, liberating and challenging workout.


At the barre (chair/makeshift barre) exercises are based on the foundations of Ballet.

-Relaxation section

We close with Pilates functional stretches. Relax, release and restore your body and mind.

No Dance/Ballet/Pilates experience is required, we just use very simple, but highly effective movement patterns. Lessons can be tailored to suit any fitness level.

What will I need for online classes?

What to wear:

  • Something you can move freely in; leisurewear/sportswear.

  • Bare-feet, socks, grip-socks, ballet shoes or soft trainers.

What do I need for this class:

  • A desktop computer, laptop, phone or tablet that has an internet connection and connected camera.

  • A chair/bookshelf/wall/anything you can hold for a bit of support, acting as your ballet barre.

  • A mat/towel - something soft for the Mat Pilates section

  • Water
