General level, no previous dance experience is required

A full-body workout, concentrating on: the hips, thighs, glutes, arms and specifically that core. The technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any ballistic/jumping movement. Each tone section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long and lean muscles; aiding flexibility as well as strength. 


The cardio section energizing rhythmic workout integrates ballet, with aerobic dance moves into a fluid and continuous low impact session. A fun and intense workout that is safe and effective for all fitness levels.


What to wear: 

Something you can move freely in; leisurewear/sportswear. 

Bare-feet, socks, grip-socks or ballet shoes. 

What do I need for this class:

Just yourselves and a chair/bookshelf/wall/anything you can hold for a bit of support, acting as your ballet barre. Have some water nearby.

Access to Online Classes is via Zoom app.


Zoom is a leading software that will allow me to demonstrate to you via video over your mobile phones, laptops or tablets.


You will need to download the Zoom app if you have not already got this. From experience, I would advise downloading the app a couple of days before the class, so you have it ready to go. You can download the app from the link below.
