What you'll need to do

 

Access to Online Classes is via Zoom app.

 

Zoom is a leading software that will allow us to demonstrate to you online via your mobile phones, laptops or tablets.

 

You will need to download the Zoom app if you have not already got this. From experience, I would advise downloading the app a couple of days before the class, so you have it ready to go. You can download the app from the link below.

The Reformer provides the ideal workout for full body strengthening and toning, focussing on a range of movements engaging compound groups of muscles in the legs, arms and shoulders. The exercises are gentle on the joints and low impact, making it suitable for those who may have experienced or are going through injury rehabilitation - once cleared by your health care professional. Our classes aim to compliment your regular fitness activities, creating body awareness and maintenance.

 

Class sizes are purposefully kept small, to enable more personalised guidance with form and tactile correction. We create our classes based on what you need and what we believe you will love.

GROUP REFORMER PILATES IN STUDIO

Classes for Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced levels. Exercises can be modified per individual client, creating inclusive and challenging workouts to suit all.

Due to the pandemic and Covid-19 rules & regulations, we are currently unable to offer group in-studio classes.

  • Low impact exercise; suitable for all ages and levels of fitness
